I found the prosciutto to be salty and though the label says it was cured for a long period of time, In my opinion it was way too fresh. The product was not bad, it was just not to prosciutto standard. I personally would not buy again. I will keep shopping Gusto, other meats/salami’s I’ve bought have been great.
