San Giuliano Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an award-winning Sardinian olive oil made from 100% Italian olives.

This Italian olive oil makes use of the first cold press of olives harvested at the beginning of the season including a blend of Frantoio, Bonsana, Leccino, Coratina, and Semidana olives.

This 1 liter bottle of San Giuliano Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil is deep yellow in hue with specks of dark green sediment due to its raw, non-processed quality. This lightly spiced olive oil has vegetal, fresh olive notes and finishes cleanly on the palate, unlike other olive oils that can taste greasy. This versatile unfiltered olive oil has many uses in the kitchen: for frying and sautéing, finishing dishes, as a salad dressing or marinade.

About San Giuliano Alghero

In the early 1900s, the Manca family behind the San Giuliano brand began farming olives and producing extra-virgin olive oil in a small town of Alghero, in Sardegna, Italy. Their family-owned and operated business started with a small mill and has since gained acclaim, producing award-winning olive oils, vinegar, spices, and preserved vegetables.

  • Italy's best-selling brand of extra virgin olive oil

This is our favorite EVOO. Cannot find it where we live now, so we ordered from Gusto. Fantastic! Great service, quick ship, everything is perfecto!

San Giuliano Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 liter

It tasted nothing like olive oil and more like motor oil. Very bad bitter taste, not even a hint of olive.
The color was clear yellow as opposed to the cloudy green color of unfiltered olive oil that they show in the picture.
When I asked if I could return it, Luca at Gusto Grocery stated since it was opened they couldn't return it.
Duh! how do you find out if it is bad unless you open the bottle and taste the motor oil.
$18.99+shipping went straight to the sink drain. Kirkland brand from Costco is much better at half the price and it tastes like EVOO. I also use Partanna EVOO which is superior.
So much for Gusto.
