How to Prepare Buona Idea Risotto Parmigiana
Empty contents of the packet with 600 ml (2.5 cups) of cold water into a saucepot. Stir risotto and bring to a boil.
Cook uncovered for 12 minutes over medium heat, stirring every now and then until the water is completely soaked up.
Once cooked, add butter or olive oil and freshly-grated Parmigiano Reggiano to taste.
