Insufficient peppercorns

This cheese was Ok- good quality- but seriously lacking in peppercorns -perhaps a dozen or less in the entire item. Strange like a quality control issue. Also: don’t order this unless you spring for one day shipping.

Excellent Cheese, The Pepper Was Perfect

This cheese went very fast. I've rarely encountered such a great balance when pepper is involved, somehow people always overdo it. Not this time. This was wonderful and every so often, a perfectly delightful peppercorn added its wonderful contribution to the flavor.
