Natura Viva oil is a Monte Etna PDO from organic farming obtained from olives grown exclusively on the slopes of the Etna volcano, in Sicily.
The local cultivation of olive trees, which distinguish the wonderful landscape of Etna slopes, are made particularly fertile by the peculiar properties conferred by the volcanic soil, thus giving rise to a product with unique and unrepeatable characteristics, which can be verified by chemical-physical and organoleptic analysis.

Obtained from olives of the Nocellara Etnea variety, this oil has an intense golden yellow color with green reflections, has a harmonious aroma, with references to the fruit picked at the right degree of ripeness. The taste is soft and enveloping, with a hint of bitterness and spiciness, contained and balanced. Appropriate in cooking, on roast fish, vegetables and legume soups; It is also suitable raw on bruschetta and fresh vegetables.

Aroma:
Light fruity with a tendency to medium

Taste:
Herbaceous, fresh, with hints of artichoke, green tomato, sometimes with notes of fresh almond.

Smooth oil with a nice aftertaste. I take a swig every day for health and vitality. It’s an exceptional olive oil from Sicily….better than most. I am spoiled with some very good olive oils made in California, so I usually don’t buy imported but decided to give this one a try. Very expensive, so it’s not exactly for cooking.
