This Italian spaghetti from the family company Pasta Rummo is made from semolina durum wheat grown in the Campania region of Italy. Thanks to the patented slow processing method created and used exclusively by Rummo, known as Lenta Lavorazione®, (literally "Slow Processing" in Italian), Rummo Pasta retains a firm, al-dente texture even when cooked longer than needed, or reheated.

| Tip: Hand-crush San Marzano tomatoes and saute with olive oil, salt, pepper, and torn basil. Add a small amount of pasta water to the pan when the pasta is nearly finished cooking. Drain the pasta just before it reaches al dente, and add to the pan of homemade sauce. The pasta will finish cooking in the sauce and soak up the flavor of those delicious Italian tomatoes! |
