San Giuliano Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a Sardinian olive oil made from 100% Italian olives. This olive oil makes use of the first cold press of olives harvested at the beginning of the season including a blend of Frantoio, Bonsana, Leccino, Coratina, and Semidana olives. San Giuliano Extra Virgin Olive Oil is golden yellow in hue with a well-balanced flavor profile offering a nutty flavor with notes of almond and very subtle spice on the palate. Its smooth and buttery texture and mouthfeel makes this Italian olive oil perfect for drizzling over pasta, risotto, fish, or salad.
In the early 1900s, the Manca family behind the San Giuliano brand began farming olives and producing extra-virgin olive oil in a small town of Alghero, in Sardegna, Italy. Their family-owned and operated business started with a small mill and has since gained acclaim, producing award-winning olive oils, vinegar, spices, and preserved vegetables.
