Deep in Southern Italy, not far from the Adriatic coastal city of Bari, is a small town called Turi. It's here where Tarall’Oro was founded in 1982 as a specialty producer of the Italian snack, taralli. The owners decided to expand their offering to include traditional cuts of artisan-made pasta under the name Di Bari. Naturally, the company entered to craft ready-made traditional Italian pasta sauces to accompany their pasta products to bring delicious, time-honored flavors of Puglia to customers around the world.
