We use 2 different suppliers for our Frozen Porcini Mushrooms. Please consider the picture as a general reference and not as the actual product.

I have received the product completely defrosted.
I had to to dispose it and I paid $90 for it.
I was told that they were going to ship another one yesterday but I did these from them.
I did not received what I ordered.
I’ve been using Urbani porcini from the Urbani site for a while now, but they are no longer available at Urbani.
I had ordered 4, 1kg bags of frozen porcini and the site automatically included a shipping charge for ground transport. Well, since I live in Massachusetts, I received an email stating that the transport would have to be via next day air, of course with additional shipping fees. To be fair I spoke to the online store clerk and he had told me that the frozen porcini I was ordering were not by Urbani. He did say that these other porcini I was about to order were larger, which is true. They are good quality mushrooms, but I prefer the Urbani for their smaller size.
The shipment arrived semi-thawed partly due to the lengthy trip and partly due to the lacking amount of ice in the package. The price was more affordable than the Urbani which made up for the extra shipping charges. All in all, good customer service and good prices.
