Not bad, but fattier than the guanciale I bought in Italy.
I was originally looking for pancetta, but had to “settle” for guanciale. Well, I am back for a re-order. Perfect for carbonara.
Horrible customer service. Failure at advising on shipping method. Very small ice packs so all perishables went bad! Ice melted & packs hot as was food. Customer service said, “to bad”.
Maestri Italian Guanciale (Cured Pork Jowl), 8 oz (226g)
Difficult to find but worth the search. The Guanciale was excellent and the price reasonable.
