Real carbonara is a simple, but amazingly rich dish that uses eggs and Pecorino Romano to achieve its wonderfully creamy texture, and smoky cured guanciale to add texture and a meaty bite.

This kit includes an authentic carbonara recipe and tips, along with the Italian ingredients you'll need to whip up pasta carbonara for 2-3 people. All you'll need is some fresh eggs at home. You'll have plenty of guanciale left for next time (you'll want to make this again!)
