 Found in 1846 in Benevento, Italy by Antonio Rummo, Pasta Rummo continues to be a family company today. Pasta Rummo is crafted from semolina durum wheat harvested in Campania and milled via Rummo's patented Lenta Lavorazione® slow-processing method.

Created and used exclusively by Rummo, this production process allows their Italian pasta to remain firm and al-dente, even when cooked longer than needed or when reheated.
